Megalist: IT & Cybersecurity Resources

Since I started getting into IT and cybersecurity, I've been collecting dozens of links, platforms and tools I find genuinely useful. Instead of keeping them to myself, I decided to compile them into this megalist.

It covers three main areas: general IT resources (learning, algo practice, dev), cyber resources (CTF platforms, OSINT, forensic, reverse engineering, pwn, crypto, web) and extras (FR CTF platforms, ANSSI training, writeups).
